What a
wonderful weekend I had! As you can see, my grandparents came
down from Fulton and spent the weekend with me. I was so happy
that I started making a silly grinning face that I kept up all weekend
long! As you can see in the last picture, Granny was even trying
to copy me! This is us playing, walking, and cuddling on Friday
and Saturday. |

My
uncles Kevin and Jeffrey came too, and Uncle Jeffrey was nice enough to
get rid of my silly curls that were driving Daddy and Grandpa
crazy! Thanks to Uncle Jeffrey, I look like a good little boy
again (and Mommy saved all of my hair to go someplace safe along with
my belly button). I was a good boy and never cried ... big props
to Mommy for keeping me distracted! |

On
Easter we went to brunch and I met the Easter Bunny! I wasn't
afraid of him at all, and I actually tried to pull some of his hair out
(which I don't think he liked much). After that, we all colored
eggs (except for Daddy who took a nap on the hammock), and then I got
to go on my very first Easter egg hunt! I got the hang of it
quickly, and ended up finding a bunch of them all over the yard! |

And on
Monday I turned 1 year old! I'm not zero anymore, and boy am I a
big man now! I had a humongous cake, and Mommy let me play with
it before everyone else had a taste. See all of my
decorations? Mommy helped me blow out the candle, and then I went
hog wild! Click on the movie link to see just what I did to
it! Sorry for getting you messy, Mommy! (and yes, that cake
had the toughest frosting of all time) |

Thank
you thank you thank you everyone! I got tons and tons of
presents: lots of clothes (including some great Gator gear and a
shirt with some hotty named Farrah Fawcett on it), a giant bean bag,
plenty of toys, a bunch of hats, 4 pair of shoes, a neat new doggy
towel, and some cold hard cash! Thanks to Daddy for helping me
open everything! It was just like Christmas all over again! |

A big
fat special thanks to my Daddy and Grandpa for building me my very own
swing set! They worked 8 hours on Saturday and finished it up on
Sunday morning just in time for Easter and my birthday. I
looooooove swinging on it and I like climbing high in my fort, which
I'll probably fall out of sooner or later. Thanks again to
everyone for making this a wonderful weekend! Let's do it again
next year! |
