My life started on April 17th, 2005 at 9:25pm when I was born at the Spring Hill Regional Medical Center's "Special Delivery" unit.   Spring Hill is in the great state of Florida, about an hour north of Tampa.

My Mommy and Daddy knew I was coming, so they flew down from Long Island on the 16th and waited and waited and waited!  I was a good boy and came out really fast, and I first saw my parents when I was 15 minutes old.  It was very bright and very cold, but I was super happy to see th em!  They stayed with me in our very own room during the day, and went back to their hotel at night.

On the morning of the 20th I was allowed to leave the hospital and my Daddy drove us to Orlando where we stayed at my Great-Uncle Guigui's townhouse.  My Granny from New York came down to stay with us, and my Daddy had to fly back to Long Island for work.  We had a great time together in Orlando, and I wanna come back when I'm older to see Mickey Mouse!

My Daddy came back on the 22nd and we had a visit from Greg & Rita who were nice enough to bring dinner.  The next day my Daddy's parents came to visit and we had a grand old time together!

Unfortunately the New York paperwork didn't come through on Friday like we'd hoped, so my Daddy had to fly back to New York, leaving me in Orlando with my Mommy and Granny.  It was OK, though...we all got to visit my Oma and Abuelo's house in Palm Bay, and Abuelo taught me all about fruit trees.  We loooooove fruit trees, right Mommy?

New York finally gave the green light for me to travel on Tuesday, May 26th, and Granny, Mommy and I flew up to Long Island that night!  Daddy picked us up and I was finally able to go to my new home.  I love it here, and Daddy makes sure to take many many pictures of all of my adventures.  Make sure to check my picture pages often to watch me grow.  Thanks for reading!

My life started on August 30th, 2007 at 6:31am when I was born at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.

My Mommy and Daddy only found out about me a few weeks before I was born (right when they were in the midst of planning a move to another state) and then waited on pins and needles for me to be born! Fortunately for everyone, I'm a very punctual baby, and I arrived on my due date, and my Mommy, Daddy, and big brother Max flew down right away! I got to see everyone when I was just six hours old, and I think they were taken with my cool blonde mohawk from the start!

On Sunday September 2nd I got sprung and took my first car ride back to my Great-Uncle Guigui's townhouse, where my parents and Max had been staying during my stay at the hospital. Granny and Grandpa drove down from South Carolina too and we had great fun getting to know each other.

Max was a great big brother from the start and took great care of me, and made sure that everyone held me just right!

After a brief settling-in period I started traveling right away! We went to Tampa to visit Max's girlfriends Sara Mia and Ava, to visit Max's ex-babysitter Lisa, and to visit Joy at Heart of Adoptions (who made this all possible!). Then we went to Palm Bay to visit our Abuelo and Omi before heading back up north. We flew up to our home in New York on September 9th, which really ended up being a temporary home for me...I only lived there for a whopping 14 days before starting my cross-country trek!

On the evening of Sunday September 23rd we packed into Mommy's car and drove west! We arrived in Youngstown Ohio at about 1am, spent the night, and then headed out the next morning at about 11am for the final 5 hours of our drive to Michigan. We all did great, and got settled into the big brown house quickly, starting our new lives together as midwesterners! I love it here, and Daddy makes sure to take many many pictures of all of my adventures.  Make sure to check my picture pages often to watch me grow.  Thanks for reading!

My life started on January 7th, 2009 at 2:49pm when I was born at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida.  Sound familiar?  Well, that's because that's where Zach was born!

My story REALLY all started on a stormy June weekend in Michigan with a big power outage.  As soon as the power came back there was an e-mail message that led to a phone call that led to this:  Zach's birth-mother is pregnant again and wants to know if you are interested in having the baby!  The picture above shows my parents' original reaction, but they sure warmed up to the idea of expanding our family quickly.

So, pretty soon after that, everyone found out that I was going to be a little girl, and the conversion from blue to pink began!  Daddy spent Thanksgiving weekend setting up my pretty pink white & brown room, & the shopping for cute clothes started!

I was scheduled for an induction on the morning of January 7th, so Mommy, Max, and Zach flew down on the 6th, with Granny and Grandpa driving down from South Carolina at the same time.  I was born as scheduled on the 7th, and my Mommy got to hold me for the first time when I was only 2 hours old!  Daddy flew down 2 days later and helped take me back to the condo (Thanks Great-Uncle Guigui!).  Omi and Abuelo came to visit too, and we had lots of fun, until Daddy had to fly back to Michigan alone.

Daddy came back on the following Friday and he, Max, Zach, Granny, Grandpa, and Uncles Jeffrey and Kevin helped Mommy take great care of me!  We spent a day in Palm Bay with Omi and Abuelo, and enjoyed the warm weather while we still could!

On the morning of January 20th we packed up, cleaned the condo, and had a nice long lunch at the Cheesecake Factory before heading to the airport.  Southwest Airlines again hooked us up and delivered us safely to our northern home, and we all piled into the minivan and drove to the big brown house, where we formally started our life as a busy family of five!   Thanks to everyone for helping out, for all of your good wishes, and thanks especially for reading all of this!  We look forward to seeing you all soon...so long!
