In June we travelled
to Germany to celebrate Oma's 90th birthday! Here are Roy and his Oma

In July we visited Michelle's parents
in upstate New York, and took a trip to Niagara Falls. Here's Michelle
the smurf, about to take a trip into the mist!

For our first anniversary we took a romantic
trip to our nation's capital...that's right, Washington D.C. baby! While
there, Roy's sister Sabrina and her boyfriend Gil came up and spent a day
with us at the National Zoo. Here we are in front of the red panda
exhibit.

car in September! Ain't she special?

In October the annual ASA conference
was in Orlando, and our friend's Jeff and Julie Glaser came to visit. Here
they are in the exhibit hall in front of someone's spine.

Ah, November...cruise time! We
took a cruise on the Celebrity Constellation, the newest ship in their line,
to the southern Caribbean. The cruise left from San Juan, and visited
Antigua, Barbados, St. Croix, and St. Thomas. While in St. Thomas we
took a helicopter tour and snapped this shot of our ship.

In January we flew
to New York City for a few days of relaxation. Michelle surprised Roy
with tickets to Don Giovanni at the Met, and we also caught a performance
of Hairspray on Broadway. It was COLD, but we stayed nice and toasty
thanks to borrowed clothes from the Kienstras. You can barely see the
Statue of Liberty in the distance here.
